Our organization is currently seeking a Charge Nurse for our busy medical center. The Charge Nurse will serve as a vital member of our nursing staff and possess a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of patient care. This position can be physically demanding, and the successful candidate will have an extensive background in nursing and previous supervisory experience. We are looking for someone who is able to think quickly on their feet, prioritize tasks and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Interact with members of the patient care team to meet the nursing needs of hospital patients.
Interact with members of the administrative and support staff to ensure smooth hospital operations.
Conduct morning report and evening report with nurses on schedule.
